💻 The Role
You'll be the first line of support for 50,000+ tech contributors and our advertising customers. That means handling editorial questions, payment updates, and the occasional tantrum.
But this isn't just a support role. You're learning the foundation of how customer success actually works in media sales—where keeping customers matters more than closing them.

- Shadow proposal reviews
- Take on renewal outreach independently
- Move into a full Business Development Associate role
- Learn how media sales works (not SaaS playbooks—actual storytelling for tech companies)
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English and comfortable with tech terminologies
- Emotionally intelligent — you’ll handle frustration with empathy
- Always polite, even under pressure
- Know when to ask for help
- Comfortable working async in a Slack-heavy remote team
